We just got back from a great weekend of camping at Lake Wenatchee. We went with some friends and there were 12 kids and 14 adults! Needless to say, it was busy but everyone had a great time. It was our first time tent camping with the kids and they both loved it! Luke couldn't get enough of riding bikes/scooters and was usually on someone else's bike instead of his own. Emma had fun playing with all the other girls at the beach, riding bikes, etc. We have another trip planned later in the summer and can't wait!

How did the kids sleep at night? We took the boys last summer and neither slept more than a few hours total...sounds like you had a wonderful experience with your kids!

I was really worried that Luke wouldn't sleep well but he slept just as if he were at home!! Slept all night and didn't get up until about 7:15 each morning. It was a nice surprise as we expected it not to go too well since it was his first time sleeping in a tent and the great outdoors! :)
SO much fun! Yes, it is hard camping with little ones, but it is worth it! It looks like you guys had a blast! Luke cracks me up, I am sure he and Drew would be really good buddies!
